C is For Cookie, That's Good Enough For Me

Kitchen Sink Cookies
(because they have everything but the kitchen sink!)

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla baking chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the oats, chocolate chips, vanilla chips, butterscotch chips and chopped pecans. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Cookies should be at least 2 inches apart.

3. Bake for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
